Birthed on the driving force of Todd Jenkins, who has been a private general contractor for 20+ years, he began renovating the abandoned building in 2015, piece by piece. Hosting several revolution parties in the 70’s, he was known for finding neutral territory, where he was both the cook and disc jockey. Jenkins wanted to establish a retirement plan that he not only would enjoy and love but one that he could include his family on. He appointed his eldest grandchild as co-owner and lead coordinator.
Dasia’s fascination with parties, started early on as a child. She later picked up a trade in Culinary Arts, where she became certified as a prep cook. As a full time student and her dorm’s president, she began to curate community service projects, parties, galas, and meetings at Clark Atlanta University. Obtaining several jobs in the hospitality industry, she was determined to perfect her craft.
